Honey Egg Challah

12 years ago, my mom gave me a cookbook that her friend had given her. Inside were delicious new recipes I had never made before. One of those was challah. I didn't grow up Jewish, so I had never actually made challah before.

Over the years, I've played with the recipe a little (adding an extra egg sometimes, playing with the amount of honey). And today, here is the challah that all my friends love. It also makes delicious Challah French Toast, which I'll def be making tomorrow morning.
